Heidi is like a "best friend." She always has a smile and greeting when she enters the room, then we began discussing how I was doing and feeling. Then we went over my meds. When I left I knew everything I needed to know I'd be taken care of as long as necessary. In fact, all my doctors at St. Pat's have been equally as efficient.

She is extremely personable, never seems rushed and listens.A++

Heidi is an excellent clinician. She is knowledgeable and a good communicator. She avoids the knee-jerk responses so common in managing cardiology issues, and gives thoughtful consideration to management concerns.

Best Doctor I've ever had. She always reviews my history before my visits. Treats me with respect. Asks me pertinent questions, reviews medications, and kindly asks about my daily life (I suspect to see about any potential negative issues at home or other medical or aging issues).

Heidi and her team are really wonderful to me. It can't be easy for them to meet and help all of jus who have heart conditions but she and all her team are kind, considerate and helpful in any way possible. I feel we are very fortunate to have such people in Missoula. Iam very clear as to my medical condition , thanks to Heidi. I have resisted some tests, etc. In the past but she has not given up on me.

Heidi has been the only person I see for my heart issues for years now. She has shown a lot of patience with me as I wander through the different decisions to make regarding heart care and has shared with me the conferences with others regarding treatment so that I can make choices. I really trust her. She remembers my health problems and speaks to them when I see her. I credit all at Providence for my 82 years.

PA Heidi is excellent. She remembers me and listens well. She followed up w/ my surgeon and let ne know in a couple of days that I could stop taking a medication that was troublesome!
