Devin W. Kehl, MD

Dr. Kehl is a non-invasive cardiologist who joined Pacific Heart in 2021. In addition to practicing general and consultative cardiology, Dr. Kehl has particular interest in cardiac imaging, including extensive experience in structural echocardiography, the use of imaging to guide catheter-based valve repair and device implantation. Dr. Kehl is board-certified in Cardiovascular Disease, Adult Echocardiography, Nuclear Cardiology, Cardiac Computed Tomography, and Internal Medicine. He has authored numerous publications in echocardiography, valvular heart disease, and the use of cardiac biomarkers. Dr. Kehl is an active member of the American College of Cardiology.

Dr. Kehl was born and raised in Carmel, CA. He graduated with honors and distinction from Stanford University with a B.S. in Biological Sciences. He received his M.D. from the University of California, San Francisco, where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. He completed internship, residency, and chief residency in Internal Medicine from the University of California, San Diego before completing a fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease from Cedars-Sinai. After completing fellowship, Dr. Kehl practiced cardiology for several years in the Bay Area, prior to relocating to the Los Angeles area to join Pacific Heart and be closer to extended family.

Dr. Kehl’s greatest passion is in patient care. He enjoys spending time getting to know his patients and partnering with them to develop a personalized, evidence-based treatment plan centered around their own unique health care priorities. He values the role of preventive practices as well as longitudinal management of chronic cardiovascular conditions.
