I love Dr. Pan!! We met in the ER in regards to being ill shortly after having surgery at another hospital. He stapled my Pacemaker incision so it would heal, since my primary doctor had taken "liberty" to remove the steri strips too early. I hooked up with him to be my cardiologist for all my cardio needs. Super nice guy!

Provider cancelled my appointment and rescheduled date was over a month later and in the middle of the day instead of the early am appointment I had. He also kept giving me advice he had previously that had not worked and did not seem familiar with my file.

Office is run very efficiently

Dr. Pan saw me as quickly as I needed. While not an emergency the visit was as a result of a vexing condition and it was rectified.

I felt the doctor (David Pan, MD) wanted only to subscribe medicine for my high blood pressure, NOT try to get to the cause of it. All he said was high BP is usually caused by "getting older." I'm 87 and have never had high BP in my lifetime. I want to know the reason for it, not just take meds. So, I was very disappointed with his analysis.

Dr Pan pretty much saved my when I was admitted to St Joseph hospital last year. I will always keep as my cardiologist. He has had all the right answers for my diagnoses. Very grateful.

Dr Pan seems bothered by the fact that I am using the [ID] for much of my care over the last year and a half. I had a watchman implant done via the VA. He kept repeating that they could have done it at St. Joseph. It was the [ID] that found my Afib so I continued on with them for that procedure. Really the only reason I am seeing Dr. Pan is that he prescribed a medication that the [ID] does not prescribe or cover. I need to see Dr. Pan periodically in order to refill that medication. I don't think he likes that but since I mentioned that the [ID] found Afib a year ago he has not offered to do any testing or anything. In fact, when I first told him about it he said ok, so you go on blood thinners. My wife pointed out that I am a fall risk and I have had 2 tiny brain [ID]. His answer was to throw up his hands and say oh, well then I guess you do nothing. He never even brought up the Watchman implant.

Dr. Pan was easy to work with. I have had problems in the past with some physicians due to my background (PhD in critical care nursing) and them being intent in putting me down in my place as a patient, rather than being a person who is quite knowledgeable and able to discuss a complex medical situation on a professional level and working with my MD as part of a team to keep me as healthy as possible. Dr. Pan listens to me, makes me feel valued, and since I "speak the language," we are able to focus on the issues at hand and understand each other clearly. I respect him and feel that he respects me.

Dr. David Pan is my cardiologist. I was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation. Dr. Pan performed a cardioversion on me in April 2023. The atrial fibrillation has not returned, since the cardioversion was performed. My visit was a routine. 6-month follow up. I am very pleased with the health care provided by Dr. Pan.

My doctor was in and out of that office in four minutes. Never looked at my vital signs that were on the monitor to notice that my heartbeat was down to [ID] bpm. He prescribed a new medication for heart failure, but never even noticed that my heartbeat was down to [ID] bpm. He never noticed that after my stress test an echocardiogram that my injection fraction had dropped from [ID] to [ID]. I called them to ask about this cause I was concerned, and I did not hear back till two months later, when he eventually saw my question, and he was concerned. He did say that he sent me a message via my chart, but I did not receive it.

My only complaint is that when making in appointment sometimes It takes weeks or months for the scheduling but overall im very pleased with the treatment and results after my visits thank you

Dr. Pan provided all the necessary tests, i.e. Lexiscan, treadmill etc., to ensure my heart is healthy. Also, at last visit, Dr. Pan suggested I lose some weight, which I have done and to walk as much as possible while dealing with Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Everyone was great. I'm patiently waiting for the office to call me about when my CT calcium scoring test will be done.

Dr Pan was very caring and encouraging. He wants me to follow up with a nutritionist, but I have not been contacted by that service yet.

Dr Pan was kind of detached and cold and in a hurry to end the visit.. When requested if we could have a caregiver certificate he answer it's not his job we should ask his assistant and left/s for my after ER concern he said all the test done as all okay so he doesn't know what's wrong with me and gave no advice or recommendation except to see a nutritionist

All my physicians at Providence st. Joseph lidten to my health concerns. Everyone at st josephs are fabulous. Everyone helps me whenever I have a problem or just want to clarify something. When I see my primary doctor I feel comfortabke adking questions. I never feel like I am asking a dumb question. All of the staff and doctors take time to make sure I understand thoroughly anything I want to undetstand. I can leave a message with any doctor and know I will receive an answer within a day. I love st josephs phydicians and staff. I always feel happy an addured I am getting the very best care and advice about my many multiple health conditions. And boy have I got a lot of health conditions.
