It was very clear that there were a lot of people seeing the doctor and others in the practice. My appointment was changed from the week previous, because the doctor had to attend to surgery for one of his other patients. It was clear he was behind: I was the last patient of the day. Yet, he, and everyone else was very courteous.

I am Lucky to have Dr Eapen caring for me! Outstanding Doctor!

He seemed to get upset with me when I said that I didn't want to go on cholesterol medication. He said, " well why are you here? What do you expect me to do, if you won't take the medication?" I didn't like that. Doctors should try to keep us off medication, not keep adding more. I'm 70 and it seems upsetting to doctors that I don't want medication unless it's the last resort.

This provider is easy to talk to, smart, and knowledgeable.

Everyone in that office is kind and caring and very understanding. It's a good Dr.'s office.

Dr. Eapen is brilliant. Had my blood pressure (that was extremely high) brought to normal level within two weeks. He is compassionate about his area of medicine and truly cares about the whole-health of his patients.

Never said "I'll get back to you on that ", but stopped right there and looked up the information I wanted.
