This was a follow up cardiology visit scheduled six months ago. I'm grateful Dr. Vera wants to schedule routine visits because otherwise I would not be able to schedule a visit in a timely fashion given how busy he is. As always, he discussed my concerns and demonstrated he knew ME not just my labs. He looked me in the eyes when talking to me, I was the patient, not the computer. I left the office feeling like I accomplished something.

I like Dr. Vera - the only complaint I have is that because I only see him once a year. I wish he would order tests at least once a year. For example a carotid artery ultrasound/ EKG or something along those lines to have a base line from year to year. That to me would make me feel so much better. Thank you for listening.

My only complaint/concern was that although I shared the news about having a TIA earlier in the year I was surprised Dr. Vera did not order any tests for me. I only see him once a year and I feel it would be important to get some tests done - Especially if I've had a TIA previously. Aside from that I really like Dr. Vera. Thank you.
