Provider got all 10s and Excellent. Not thrilled about charging for parking but the attendants are all very friendly and helpful.

My approach was originally scheduled for September but the Dr had to reschedule for November [Date]. He update me through My Chart on my test results and indicated all was normal for my age.

The Doctor and the whole staff were very helpful and made sure all my questions were answered and they scheduled me for my next appointment with lab workups to be taken care of before my next visit.

DR. Parikh is a very nice and knowledgeable Dr. I feel very comfortable when I meet with him. He is very caring and called me to discuss my plan of action with me on the [Date] the day after the visit.

Dr. Parihk appeared very annoyed and impatient with questions related to my newly diagnosis. So much so within minutes he stated he had other patients to see and stated to say I needed to get over the past.

Dr. Parikh is the second younger cardiologist who has commented about his worlk load (number of patients he has and lack of time with them). If your expectation is that these doctors try to quicklly diagnose and treat and there is not enough time for them to comfortably treat their patients, St. Jude needs to figure out a way to adjust their model. I only have one heart and one life and this concerns me. He was really good about messaging me quickly on My Chart when I had an issue with a diuretic I was taking.

Frist visit with this heart doctor as previous one retired. Very good discussion. Did a EKG and discussed results. No current issues. Made appt for next year. Doctor has very good rapport ability.

What's very disappointed with the doctor told him I was going to heart rehab and how wonderful it was helping me. Ask if he could please request additional rehab service his reply was they never Really extend rehab service there's no reason to even ask I later asked my primary doctor if he could request additional service which she said, of course, and it has been approved. Very happy. I have my primary doctor will not see this cardiologist again very disappointing.

I thought that a cardiologist would be able to answer more questions about my heart. The doctor stated that "patients think a cardiologist scope is much broader than it is". I need to research what a cardiologist is supposed to provide.

I wanted to ask a few more questions but the doctor was called away presumably for an emergency. As my questions could wait I think I still received very good service. I will follow up on my next visit.
