Bedside manner could use some work

I do not feel cared for. I have repeatedly asked if there is any online site or local support group that can help me make sense of all my questions, since they do not seem to have the time. I read my test results on My Chart and saw there were some slight abnormalities. Yet when I saw the FNP the first words out her mouth were "Everything on your test results was normal." When I mentioned the abnormalities to her, she told me the thickening of my left ventricle wall was normal given my high blood pressure. When I pointed out that I have never had high blood pressure, she just gave me a blank stare. I do not feel cared for.

I have seen Danielle one other time for an urgent unexpected visit when Dr. Botzler wasn't available and I found her very caring and smart and helpful!.

Always are good visits

I have been experiencing light-headedness, physical weakness, tremors for at least 10-12 months, and have seen two providers for a diagnosis, to date no results. I'm just associating my condition to getting old. Danielle was willing to try to prescribe some medicine adjustments. I do have an appointment with Dr. Bottzler upcoming. Thanks for asking my opinion.

It is daunting for me to confront this condition and the providers and staff that I'm working with in this clinic are very good at addressing my concerns and fears and offering solutions appropriate to my condition. Danielle provided excellent care.

After having seen the report of the results of my visit, I became disappointed when I noticed that issues from my previous visit had not been addressed, namely the cause and treatment of my physical weakness, lightheadedness, decrease in energy. My med sheet was outdated, even though the provider should have known what meds I'm currently because I told her assistant what I'm now taking. My visit resulted in reducing one med in half. I visited the office a week after my appointment expressing my concerns, and the assistant said she'd look into it. To date, no response. I'm still lighthearted, weak, easily fatigued. I do have an appointment with the EKG (?j reader in 3 months.

Daniell is wonderful. I feel safe with her as my medical care provider.

Provider was 45 minutes late to appointment. She did not have any answers as to why my cardiac event happened, only to allow up prn. She only went into explanation when prompted with leading questions. MA took me to wrong room when rooming and only confirmed birthday, and primary pharmacy, started listing my medications without any Indication as to why she was doing so, a PSS walked into my room without knocking while speaking with someone else.

Provider could be more thorough following through reminders for tests and labs before appointment.

Front office staff very friendly and quick to sign us in. Danielle is caring and knowledgable.
