He is my cardiologist I see every 6 months for checkup

I waited 3 hours in a waiting room with door closed until I had to open to make sure they knew I was there, Doctor comes in with a sorry excuse about my wait, I almost walked out because of wait and then Doctor saw me for like 5 minutes, he couldn't get out fast enough.

I was asked to be there at 7:45am, appt at 8:00am. I arrived on time, I waited until after 9 am to be taken to a room. Dr came in and he appeared to be in a hurry. The visit lasted no more than 3 min. This visit was a follow up to a visit in 2024. I asked if there was something wrong that I was not told about, he answered you don't have to come back if you don't want to and walked out of the room. He didn't even bother to answer question. I was very disappointed with this visit.

This was the first time I saw this doctor.And I thought he was a very good doctor.

I care for my Dad who cannot remember to take his meds regularly and Dr. Desousa helps me titrate his meds to keep his heart rate and BP in control. Office staff is very helpful and understanding, I'm thankful for all of them.
