I am extremely pleased with the visit I had with Dr Fitton. Couldn't ask for a more thoughtful and informed doctor.

Dr. Fitton is a true professional who has a great reputation as a heart surgeon. He also focuses on the whole person, listens loudly, engages in meaningful conversation and does not rush the process. I am totally satisfied with him as the key surgeon doing my valve replacement surgery.

I had a great visit with Dr Fitton as ALL my questions were answered. I learned a lot about my heart condition and what exactly the problems are which helps me understand what I am facing and how best to emotionally handle what comes next

Like the doctor, both them had a good sense of humor and explained everything I felt I needed to know

I've never had a bad experience always good everybody's nice with smiling faces and I don't know what else to say it's just a great place to have my health insurance with

Dr. Fitton was terrific! Personable; asked Qs about me which built rapport; explained things clearly; is willing to accommodate me to be seen by my heart doc at Seaside Providence and use tele-health calls limit the number of times I need to drive the 2 hours to see him. Greatly appreciated! And hey-- he's from MA!

This surgeon listen carefully to my concerns and explained my situation in easy to understand detail. He and my cardiologist collaborated on my condition with recommendation I can understand

Dr. Fitton permitted me to record the conversation for my husband. He was very welcoming of my husband's concerns and we found him very family lgbt friendly. I have no hearing in my right ear and spoke clearly so I could understand the upcoming surgery and challenges. I have complete trust and confidence in his skills.

During my visit, The entire staff was friendly and efficient. The doctor was knowledgeable of my past heart history. He treated me with respect and empathy. The doctor honestly listened and answered all my questions. He made himself available to my family if they have any questions On my condition or treatment/surgery going forward.

Dr. Fitton treats me personally and is respectful of my concerns. He is kind and thorough and knows that if I ask to see him, it is for serious reasons, so he responds.

Dr. Fitton really has a way of instilling confidence in his patients from surgery to aftercare. I have nothing but respect and great things to say about Dr. Fitton. As a User experience architect (myself) and undergoing a major surgery last year he was very empathetic, instilled trust, security, and confidence in his ability to bring me through and I am better than I was before. The only thing I would say in an area to improve to to make sure that after the surgical team transitions the patient to the cardiologist that they transfer the prescription authorization as my pharmacy would continue to send prescription authorization to the surgical team rather than the cardiologist and I would find that I needed to follow up and change the authorized physician to approve my refills.

I am very thankfull to have had the chance to meet with my provider. In the fact that my heart is my life priority, so with that being said, I am very pleased and feel very comfortable with all decisions made for my surgery.

He is an excellent clinician. He took the time to explain all of the information, was very patient, and extremely informative. I really appreciated him taking the time to walk me through something I did not have background on
