I'm just at the beginning of my healthcare with Dr Guthrie's office. It has moved along at a speedy pace, from initial consult 2 dsys sgo, to my surgical procedure set for next week. I am grateful for this care from an experienced medical professional. Yearly mammograms show their worth !

Dr Gutherie managed my medical episode (breast) with incredible knowledge, concern, and support! She was there for a complication, which has been managed with the help/guidance of P.T. Dr Gutherie has been great in every aspect.

Dr Guthrie is always great!

Dr. Guthrie has been really great to work with through my experience with ADH/DCIS and scheduling exams and surgery. She took a lot of time with me during my follow-up, and she even phoned me to follow-up, ask questions, and check in with how I was doing with decision-making about a treatment plan, which I didn't expect but greatly appreciate. I really feel like she cares about how I am doing, and I feel like I am in good hands. My only frustration is that my follow-up appointment had a very long wait time. I understand that this is because she is giving her time to other patients, just like she did for me. Nonetheless, it is challenging for a planning and scheduling perspective because I never know how long I will be there.

Dr. Guthrie is compassionate and also very knowledgeable and supportive. So glad she is going to be my doctor.

I had a great experience

The doctor too the time to explain everything we need to go over. She went above and beyond what I expected to get out of the appointment, going over my history, my family history, probabilities of the future, and an exam. I never felt like she was rushing and felt very comfortable in her care. She was very knowledgeable and hand excellent bed side manners.

I think the world of Dr. Guthrie. She is professional yet honest, nice and understanding and thorough. She is great at her job!

Dr Guthrie is very compassionate and attuned to her patients. I have recommended several people to go to her because she cares and shows it. Not once did I feel like a body with something she had to cut out of it. Nor did I ever feel after surgery that she was no longer interested. Other surgeons often give that impression. She also takes the time to ensure we understand each other. Dr Guthrie is an exceptional standout in the long list of doctors I've known over the years. Hospital staff told me they would choose her if they needed her specialty. Some had referred family to her. That's high praise from fellow medical professionals.

It was a good experience although I was nervous...she was very nice and made me feel alot better than I was feeling in the waiting room!

Dr was at hospital when visit was scheduled but I was made comfortable and not long before she arrived

Everyone was super nice

It took a while to get in to see Dr. Guthrie for a surgical consult but once I got in to see her she was very respectful and knowledgeable. I feel I can trust her with my care. I may still have some questions as we go through the process. But overall she was quick to obtain authorization for additional imaging prior to scheduling the surgery to ensure we know that there is nothing else that needs to be dealt with prior to surgery.

We had to wait a bit but I didn't mind at all once I was able to see Dr. Gutherie who is the surgeon I chose to perform my lumpectomy. She sent me for an MRI, discussed the options and risks associated with surgery and aftercare. She was straightforward but human. She gave me medical data as well as the "common man" language. I was exceptionally comfortable with the experience and she called me herself immediately when she had the results of the MRI (the next day).

As always Dr Guthrie was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable

Best care possible

I waited over 2 hours to be seen but Dr. Guthrie didn't seem rushed when she saw me. Which kind of explains the wait.

Dr. Guthrie is very calm and very positive which is very helpful in making me feel positive and hopeful.

I see Dr Guthrie annually for a specific condition. She is always professional, compassionate and easy to talk with. This visit I had over an hour wait to see her with no explanation by the clerk or receptionist. The MA apologized and explained the wait after I was called into the exam room.

Dr. Guthrie took the time to explain things and was very good to talk to even though she was late due to a surgery that made her late.

Dr Guthrie is amazing. Takes her time and shows great care. Extremely knowledgeable and excellent care. Front desk was calling pts to reschedule because a machine was going to be down for routine maintenance and making comments like "guess you'll find out when you get here" when having to leave a voice-mail.

Dr. Guthrie is very special. She does not rush u thru the visit and VERY WILLING to take the time to fully answer your questions. Because of that , sometimes have to wait longer for your appoint time. Therefore I WILL ALWAYS BE WILLING TO WAIT FOR MY APPOINTMENT because I know she is answering questions with previous seen patients. I hear by the "grape vine" that she is retiring soon, and I will be CRUSHED!! I am a "OLD RETIRED RN/ nursing instructor" and very critical of those I come in contact with when I am treated. her.
