I am a psychotherapist in Seattle and work for Pacific Medical Centers at their First Hill site. My practice includes adults (19+) with PTSD, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, OCD, stress symptoms, and other mental health concerns. I conduct both in-person and virtual sessions. I strive to create a sense of trust & openness as I help my clients heal emotional wounds, resolve symptoms, and move toward growth. I am trained in and draw from multiple therapeutic modalities, including: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I have also completed advanced training in: Clinical Hypnosis, Perinatal Mental Health Treatment, and Substance Use Disorder Treatment. While drawing on my training, I collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans with my clients. I have an interactive & curious style. I am a Certified EMDR therapist, and EMDR is one of my favorite treatment modalities because it is very effective and draws on the client’s intuition, wisdom, and other innate strengths.
