It is always a pleasure and very satisfying visit when I see Dr. Yuen. He covers all the basis when it comes to my health and other needs, for example, he knows I have a son and asked how he was doing. Dr. Yuen knows me well and takes good care of me even with my complicated fragile poor health and over 80 allergies. He is one of the best Specialists I see at Beacon Hill Pac Med.

I have seen Dr. Yuen for several years for chronic osteoarthritis. I get shots to keep me going in less pain.

I always get great care at Pacific Medical Center.

I have always been pleased with the care I receive for myself at PacMed.

Shortly after I made an appointment through the scheduling department, Dr. Yuen's office called and moved my appointment up from March to December so I could get Insurance approval for a new medication sooner. They keep in regular contact with my other doctors and, even though my illness is fairly rare, I feel like everyone knows a lot about me and my condition. Everyone in Dr. Yuen's office was kind, supportive, and knowledgeable.

I was not given proper directions regarding my appointment and therefore was not able to get tests done after waiting 6 months for this appointment so I will need to return. This is exceeding frustrating. The provider was alright, albeit a little distracted, but the pre appointment communication was seriously lacking, especially with such a vast amount of time in between scheduling and the actual appointment

I was seen with excellent care. I would recommend pacific medical center to anyone thank you I appreciate all the doctors and staff at PMC.

Very disappointed with the way the appointment went and that we waited six months for this appointment. It was not helpful and the lack of interest from the provider was all the more disappointing.

Dr. Yuen is the best dr. I've seen. He always spent all his time time where he can answer all your questions and is there to listen to his pt. He never rush nor sees the pt quickly. Pacific medical center is lucky to have Dr. Yuen as one of the providers.

After going to multiple doctors and specialists because of frequent asthma episodes, Dr Yuen was able to ensure that this is the first year free of any attacks. He is simply amazing!

Dr. Yuen was through and gave me enough time and answered all my questions. He was patient and I didn't feel rushed. I definitely will recommend him to my friends.

Dr Yuen, is great. In the beginning it was hard to figure out my medication combination to help with my allergies because sometimes they are really bad. He took my allergy concerns and questions seriously and listen to me. We tried different things until we found what worked.This comment isn't related to Dr Yuen but I just want to say how disappointed I was to have to wear a mask when I walk in there. Wasn't already determined that masks don't work especially the kind that we use.

I usually have no problem or bad experiences with my providers. Nowadays, the appointment takes more waiting time. I am happy with my providers & their professionalism.

Dr. Yuen has been my Rheumatoligist /Arthritis/Fibromalgia specialists for the past , well let me say about 12 years or so I think. I really need to ask about checking my file on this matter. I have had absolute faith In his care.

This doctor was not kind, thorough, or compassionate. I only will continue with him due to lack of available options for my condition.

Provider is great! Scheduling is months out for him though and if I were to have a flare up I probably wouldn't be able to see him in a timely fashion.

Thank you Dr. Yuen.Dr. Yuen carefully examined , drew blood for testing and did X-rays. Although I got a lot of result and daters, I didn't know about it , I only know that my finger joints ranged from mild to moderate. In 2019 it was mild and get worse after 5 years. Because I haven't get the treatment or medication . And I don't how to prevent my condition from getting worse.

Dr. Yuen is always professional. He cares about his patients and listens and takes measures to help make the shots not hurt or gives warnings. I know the results of the shots I receive will provide me pain management for 3 months. It takes about 3 days to get the full result from the shots.
