About Laura S. Martell

Dr. Laura Martell is a naturopathic physician and licensed acupuncturist. She is a Functional Medicine Certified Integrative Physician with specialized training in oncology and menopause.

Dr. Martell offers care to patients in all stages of life with a variety of health concerns and conditions, including integrative cancer care, fatigue, acute and chronic pain, depression and anxiety, thyroid conditions, and menopausal hormone therapy. She partners with her patients by offering data driven, achievable recommendations and support to move toward balance, vitality and improved quality of life.

After graduating from the National University of Natural Medicine in 1999, Dr. Martell completed a primary care residency. She opened a multidisciplinary wellness center in SE Portland where she was in private practice until accepting a position with Cancer Treatment Centers of America in 2011. Dr. Martell returned to the Pacific Northwest in 2017 to join the team at Providence Integrative Medicine.
