Nutrition resolutions to help you be healthy in the New Year
Have your New Year’s resolutions started fizzling away? If so, join Osa Peck, R.N., C.D.E., nurse and certified diabetes educator and learn real life ways to make a healthier you in 2010. Healthy eating can help your body function at its best, prevent many illnesses and reduce your risk for health problems such as obesity, diabetes, heart disease and much more. You’ll learn how to access your readiness plan to make life changes and where to find super foods that help nourish your body. You’ll also find out how to make meal planning easier and how to set “SMART” attainable goals.
