Office Hours:
We are open for appointments from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday and 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Fridays. We are closed on weekends and major holidays. For medical emergencies call 911. If you have a medical problem that cannot wait until regular office hours, contact the Family Birth Center at 360/330-8629 and you will receive instructions. For prescription refills, contact your pharmacy. Please allow 24 hours for the medication to be filled.

Insurance and Payment for Services
We accept most insurances, Medicare and Medicaid. Contact your insurance carrier or our office if you have questions. Co-payments and payments for uncovered services are expected at the time of service. We will be happy to work out payment arrangements. Please let our staff know how we can help you.
Meet Our Team:
Mark Nishiyama, M.D., board certified obstetrician/gynecologist, joined the medical staff at Providence Centralia Hospital in March, 2000. Dr. Nishiyama received his medical degree in 1987 from Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, Calif. and completed his residency at White Memoral Medical Center in Los Angeles, Calif. He is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and was board certified in 1994. Dr. Nishiyama and his wife Brenda, have four children.
Jeffery Gabel, D.O. has been on staff at Providence Centralia Hospital since February, 1994. Dr. Gabel graduated from the University of Health Sciences, Kansas City, MO in 1988. He completed his internship and residency at San Joanquin General Hospital in Stockton, Calif. Dr. Gabel completed his chief residency at Long Island College Hospital, Brooklyn, N.Y., specializing in obstetrics and gynecology. He is a member of the Lewis County Medical Society. Dr. Gabel and his wife Vicky have five children.
John Eiland, D.O.
John Eiland, D.O., board certified obstetrician/gynecologist, joined the medical staff at Providence Centralia Hospital in July 2004. Dr. Eiland graduated from Western University of Health Sciences, Pamona, Calif. in 1999. He completed his residency at Garden City Hospital in Garden City, Mich. A graduate of Centralia High School, Dr. Eiland and his wife decided to move back to the area because they think it is a great place to raise their three children.
Bev Huddleson, A.R.N.P.
Bev Huddleson, is an advanced registered nurse practitioner and received her Master’s degree in Nursing from Pacific Lutheran University in 1996. Bev has been a staff nurse with Providence since 1981 and has three grown daughters.
