Knee Camp at Providence Centralia
Providence Physical Therapy offers a six-week knee camp for high school female athletes. This training program has been demonstrated to significantly reduce the likelihood of a serious injury to the ligaments of the knee. High school female athletes are 6-10 times more likely to suffer a knee injury than males. One expert suggests that one out of 100 high school female athletes will have knee surgery in a school year.
