Our infusion suites provide an alternative to hospitalization for patients who need to receive medical infusion or injection services in a controlled setting. Patients receive kind and compassionate care from our highly skilled, infusion-trained registered nurses (RNs) and clinical pharmacists in a comfortable and calm atmosphere. Often, patients who have been prescribed a self-injection course of therapy by their physician can receive training in the self-administering of that therapy in an infusion suite.

Physician services
Our comprehensive patient management program saves the physician time, money and resources by providing coordination of care resulting in more positive therapeutic outcomes. Our pharmacist-led teams are dedicated to providing physicians and their staff personalized support and outstanding customer service.
Pharmacy partner
Because we are a regional distributor, we can offer personalized services not available from large national distributors. Our pharmacist-led teams assist physicians and their medical staff when a patient begins a new therapy. We coordinate the shipment of the injectable drug, whether to the physician’s office or directly to the patient’s home. Based on the patient’s needs, injection training can be done in the medical office or by a Home Infusion RN at our East or Westside infusion suites. Home visits are available for homebound patients.
No risk
We eliminate all financial risk. Physicians can obtain the necessary drugs without having to purchase them – no verifying of insurance and waiting for reimbursement. Our highly trained insurance and authorization specialists verify insurance, obtain authorization and bill the patient’s insurance provider directly, relieving the physician’s medical staff of these time-consuming tasks.
Easy access
Physicians can order self-injectable drugs by dialing one number 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our intake nurses and clinical pharmacists provide the expertise needed to ensure that each patient’s needs are met. Prescription refills may be requested by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Reimbursement team
Our insurance and authorization specialists have extensive knowledge of managed care reimbursement and are dedicated to making sure your patient receives their maximum medication benefit. Our reimbursement team will also provide education in filling out applications for patient assistant programs.
Patient Management Program
A pharmacist-led team supports the ongoing therapy needs of your patient. A clinical pharmacist is available to you to review patient labs, troubleshoot injection problems and provide comprehensive drug protocol information. Under the Patient Management Program, the delivery of all drugs and necessary supplies is coordinated to meet the specific needs of each individual patient. A clinical pharmacist is always available to answer patient questions and concerns. You can be assured that our pharmacist-led teams are dedicated to providing your patient with compassionate and caring education and guidance, timely delivery of drugs and supplies and outstanding customer service.
