Providence ElderPlace at Glendoveer would like to extend a huge thank you to Glynda Brockhoff and the rest of the philanthropy committee at Fred Meyer. In mid-October they generously donated $500 in gift cards to Providence ElderPlace at Glendoveer, a residential care facility where 100 Multnomah County seniors reside and receive health and social services. The gift cards will be given to residents at Glendoveer’s annual holiday party on Dec. 21. The first Thursday of every month, Glendoveer’s outing bus takes residents shopping at Gateway Fred Meyer, a much beloved tradition, which will be even more appealing with gift cards.
