Overview
Providence ElderPlace follows the PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) model in providing services to older adults. PACE programs provide and coordinate all of the care services necessary for seniors to remain active in the community. Providence ElderPlace is the only PACE program operating in the state of Oregon.
