Volunteer Opportunities: Volunteers are very important and special to Providence Child Center programs, including the neurodevelopmental center. If you volunteer with PNCC, you may become involved in the following types of activities: • Cleaning/stocking treatment rooms • Managing therapy toys (picking up, cleaning/sanitizing, putting away toys, and verifying battery charges) • Managing charts (filing papers, pulling charts, verifying accuracy) • Managing linens (taking linens to and from the laundry room; ordering and restocking linens) • Wiping down all surfaces in the therapy gym, including mats and bolsters • Photocopying projects • Typing minor projects • Doing special cleaning projects (refrigerators, etc.)
Projects like these are of great value to our clinic and, in turn, to the children and families we serve. To begin your volunteer experience with Providence Neurodevelopmental Center for Children, please call 503-215-2233. Thank you for your interest in our program.
