For Your Information

  • Hours will be Friday, Dec. 4, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 5, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The festival will not be open on Sunday.
  • We reserve the right to limit the number of groups from each category (choirs, bands, dance troups, etc.).
  • Performance times are 25 minutes each, with an additional 10 minutes allocated for setup and 10 minutes for takedown. Please prepare for only a 20-minute performance.
  • We require that performance material be family oriented and suitable for all ages. Holiday-oriented material will be given special consideration.
  • A piano will be available on stage for musical accompaniment. Cassette tapes and CDs may also be used as accompaniment. Festival audio staff will provide and operate the cassette deck/CD player.
  • The festival will provide an announcer to introduce each group. If selected to perform, you will be required to provide in advance a brief introductory paragraph about your group. Please, do not use up your 20-minute performance time marketing your group.
  • The festival’s criteria for scheduling performers include: date your completed application is received, availability of your preferred performance time(s), number of groups in your category, the type of material you will be performing, and the discretion of the Festival leadership. The festival mailing list includes more than 300 performance groups and, unfortunately, we are only able to accept 26 groups.
