Providence Hospice Offers Free Grief Support Classes

WHAT: Journey Through Grief is a six-session class for those who are grieving a loss through death. Designed to give an understanding of the grief process, the class will provide an opportunity to question, explore and share experiences that will lead to growth, recovery and healing. The program also will address symptoms of grieving, resources, coping skills, renewing relationships and building memories.
