Audrey Sherman, Ph.D., is a clinical neuropsychologist who is affiliated with the Cognitive Assessment Clinic at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. Dr. Sherman received her doctoral degree in clinical psychology with a neuropsychology track from the University of Houston, with practicum training at Texas Medical Center.

Amy Schultz, Ph.D. is enthusiastic about her collaboration with the Providence Brain Institute’s Cognitive Assessment Clinic. Dr. Schultz received her degree in clinical psychology from Arizona State University. She completed her clinical internship at the Portland Veterans Affairs Medical System and postdoctoral training in older adult psychology through Harvard Medical School and the Boston Consortium.

Patricia Luz, Acute care therapist, joined Dr. Mega in the Providence Health System’s Neurology clinic to assist in the diagnostics of memory based disease processes. While she is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist working primarily in the realm of dysphagia and stroke rehab, she has welcomed the opportunity to contribute to memory care assessments.
