Journey Through Grief is a five-session class for those who are grieving a loss through death.

DETAILS:
Journey Through Grief is a five-session class designed to give an understanding of the grief process and to allow an opportunity to question, explore and share experiences that will lead to growth, recovery and healing. The program will address understanding the grief process, stages and symptoms of grief, resources, coping skills, relationships and building memories.
