Grief Support - Journey Through Grief:
The death of a loved one is, for most of us, the most profound emotional experience we will ever have to endure. Lost loved ones will always leave voids in our lives and continue to be missed; nevertheless it is possible for life to be good again.
Journey Through Grief offers compassionate, caring support to anyone experiencing the loss of a loved one. These sessions held in a compassionate, safe and confidential environment, provide opportunities for people who have lost a loved one within the last two years to understand and express difficult feelings that are a part of grief. Regular participation in a support group increases a person's base of support, decreases feelings of isolation, and helps provide positive coping skills.
Participants are strongly encouraged to attend all five sessions.

Where: Providence Seaside Hospital Education Center Room B
