Mommy Wise Support Groups

The Mommy Wise Support Groups are a way for new mothers to share their experiences as they adjust to motherhood.  This informal group is lead by a Babywise facilitator who discusses topics related to baby’s growth and development, meeting the demands of motherhood, the impact of the baby on relationships, transition back to work, and making time for yourself, just to mention a few.  There is also interactive playtime with the babies and we often have guest speakers who address special concerns or issues brought forth by the mothers.

Classes are held at Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center in the Babywise Classrom.
