Admissions Inquiry

Preparing a list of questions and visiting facilities is always recommended. The "Choice Guide" provides listings of all facilities in the area. We'd be happy to provide a complimentary copy.

Tours
At Providence Marianwood, we are pleased to offer a facility tour on a drop-in or scheduled basis. We welcome visitors to see for themselves the beauty and peace of Marianwood. We have the capacity to accept a patient to our Sub-acute (short-term post surgery rehabilitation), Long Term Care, or Alzheimer's Units 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, when arranged in advance.

What to Expect from Admissions
When meeting with one of our Admissions Counselors, you will be provided with an Information Packet that includes our services, rates, an application and all the information you will need to begin the admissions process. The Admissions Counselor will ask you about your loved one's health status, the time frame you are considering, and what kind of placement is appropriate for your specific needs. You will have an opportunity to ask any questions you may have and tour the facility. We will make every effort to accommodate the needs of you and your loved one.

Care offered at Marianwood:

• Short term post-surgery Unit. We provide quality rehabilitative care for joint replacement and other surgeries/health issues. Let us help you get back on your feet!
• Long-term-care. All rooms look out onto courtyards, gardens or woods.
• Secured Alzheimer's/Dementia Unit. Loving staff. Innovative activities provided.

Palliative and Respite Care
In addition to long term and post-surgery placement, we provide palliative end-of-life care and respite care. Respite Care needs to be requested at least two weeks prior to the desired admission date.
