We are located in a quiet, residential neighborhood just a few blocks from downtown Chehalis. Doctor’s offices, banks, grocery stores and churches are all in close proximity. |

Eligibility Requirements
Residents must be at least 62 years old. (In a two-person household, only one person needs to be 62.)
Annual income must be below $18,400 for a one-person household or below $21,050 for a two-person household.

Providence Place is owned and operated by the Providence Health System, a nonprofit Catholic health care organization dedicated to serving all in need.
