As we age, it’s important to take the proper steps necessary to maintain optimal health. In order to serve each aging patient’s health needs, Providence Holy Cross Medical Center offers many health and wellness programs for members of our community age 50 or older.
Educational and social opportunities
Your aging wellness team personalizes their care to fit you as a complete person, taking into consideration the needs of your body, mind and spirit. Our core educational services include:
- Health and wellness seminars, screenings and assessments
- Free referrals to physicians and other community resources
- Volunteer opportunities at the Medical Centers
- AARP driver training
Fitness programs
By collaborating with each other and partnering with patients, our senior care team is able to develop a plan that addresses the medical and personal needs of each patient. Together we’re able to make the best of our physical fitness services, which include:
