Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital Foundation has partnered with local estate planning attorney Chuck O’Toole to provide a free seminar about the basics of wills and estate planning. O’Toole will cover a variety of topics during the 90-minute seminar, including advantages and disadvantages of wills and living trusts, probate versus non-probate property, estate taxes, advance directives, powers of attorney and more.
