The new “Physician Opportunities in the West” Web site, features more than 300 employed and private practice positions across all specialties in Alaska, California, Montana, Oregon and Washington.
The Web site also includes biographical information on 24 physicians from these communities, as well as an interactive map to help physicians locate career opportunities in all five states.
Providing health care, education and social services is increasingly a challenge as our nation struggles to adapt to rising costs, an increased demand for services and providing care for a greater number of individuals without adequate resources.
