As health care costs continue to rise, you want more information and tools to help you manage your budget. Now there's an innovative solution, Providence Health Plan's Treatment Cost Estimator to help you plan your health care and take some of the guesswork out of medical bills.
With the Treatment Cost Estimator tool, you can:
- Estimate the cost of a medical procedure prior to the actual treatment.
- Compare costs if you visit an in-plan versus an out-of-plan provider.
- View your specific plan information such as annual maximums, deductible and copays as they relate to a specific treatment.
- Print and save your estimates to discuss with your doctor.
- Research additional information about specific treatments
You'll receive a real-time cost estimate based on your doctor, your specific medical benefits and geographic location. Find out what your health plan will cover, costs you may be responsible for and even select several doctors/facilities to view a side-by-side comparison of costs.
