We have three types of plans that meet your needs – and your budget. Whether you want a plan with complete or basic medical coverage or even a plan with tax-savings, all of our plans include:
- Deductible waived for preventive services including well-baby care, immunizations, mammograms, health screenings, and women’s annual gynecological exam
- $20 office visits
