Do you have employees in the Portland area?
They have access to Providence Medical Group and participating health centers that offer electronic medical records and online consultations by e-mail at select Portland clinic locations.
Live outside of Portland?

Online provider profiles and performance reviews
- An online scorecard sent to primary care providers monitors their performance on 12 quality indicators, including hospitalization rates, mammography rates and effective disease management.
- Our online directory includes 1,100 provider profiles, including all primary care providers with 50 or more Providence Health Plan members.
- 75 percent of Providence Health Plan claims are paid to physicians with pay-for-performance contracts.
