Initial visit consists of: Consultation with a cardiology specialist Routine and specialized blood testing Personalized 10-year risk assessment Nutrition counseling Exercise physiology consultation Healthy heart planning Coronary calcium imaging
Initial visit is $250 payable at time of service. Additional services are available depending
on the results of the initial consultation: Additional specialized blood testing Stress testing Cardiac and vascular imaging Referrals to subspecialists as needed
