Welcome to Providence Blanchet House and Providence Rossi House. Built in 1999, the buildings are located on adjoining properties in a rural setting in Centralia, Washington, close to the Providence Centralia Hospital Campus and I-5 freeway. Doctor’s offices, banks, grocery stores, movie theaters and churches are all in close proximity. We provide secure and affordable housing for seniors, living independently, in a friendly, caring atmosphere. |
Overview

Rents are subsidized by the government. Residents pay 30% of their annual income for rent.

Blanchet House is a three-story building (with elevator) with 20 one-bedroom apartments.

Rossi House is a one-story building with 15 one-bedroom apartments.

Apartments are approximately 500 square feet with full kitchens.

On-site laundry and parking.

Gardens with raised beds available to residents to grow flowers and produce in the summer.

One small pet allowed with pet deposit.

Eligibility Requirements
Residents must be at least 62 years old. (In a two-person household, only one person needs to be 62.)
Annual income must be below $18,400 for a one-person household or below $21,050 for a two-person household.
Management and Operation
Providence Blanchet and Rossi Houses are owned and operated by the Providence Health System, a nonprofit Catholic health care organization dedicated to serving all in need.
